My stay started off on a hopeful note with some nice open spaces and a good room view, but quickly turned disappointing. The access to the resort was a nightmare, and service left much to be desired. The dining was very limited, and the facilities, including the swimming pool, were quite underwhelming. Overall, it didn't meet the basics for what I expected.
